More About Me

I have over 25 years experience working on strategy and transactions both for clients and as in-house Corporate Development.  This has given me experience working with a range of clients from large global groups to private businesses.  Projects include:

• financial and commercial due diligence

• market entry strategies including acquisition searches

• corporate divestments

I led EY's UK Aerospace and Defence team which gives me deep insight into the aerospace and defence markets and P&L and sales development responsibility.  Additionally working as part of EY's Corporate Development group and acquiring professional services businesses.

Outside of work my interests include rock climbing and cycling.  I have rock-climbed around the world, from iconic world-leading places like Yosemite, California, including living on the side of El Cap for a week, through the Andes, Australia, France and more modest places close to my home in Bristol, UK.  Always happy to share advice and ideas about these experiences too!
